NICE stands for Neighbors Investing in Community Empowerment. NICE Agents are everyday people willing to help when they can.

Born in Springfield. Built for America.

NICE began in Springfield, Ohio, with a simple conviction: kindness can change a community. The long-term vision is a repeatable local model that equips ordinary people to help ordinary people in cities across America.

Co-Founder

Rev. Ken “Barron” Seelig co-founded NICE to turn community concern into practical action. NICE is designed to connect neighbors, volunteers, businesses, donors, and organizations around real needs. Barron is also founder of OutToPastor.com – “The Church Has Left The Building.”

Co-Founder

Rev. Doug Perry co-founded NICE and is also the founder of CitySaver.org, FellowshipOfTheMartyrs.com and LibertyDisasterRelief.com in Liberty, Missouri. These ministries all work in conjunction to be a blessing to the world and undo some of the damage done by “churchianity.”
